陈龙清
男，1966年3月出生，土家族，湖北建始县人。华中农业大学教授，博士生导师，园林系系主任。现为中国花卉协会荷花分会会长，中国花卉协会梅花蜡梅分会常务理事，中国林学会树木学分会理事，中国园艺学会栽培植物命名与登录委员会委员，国际蜡梅属品种登录权威与专家，欧洲植物育种研究学会（EUCARPIA）成员。1988年于华中农业大学工作以来，从事园林植物类相关课程的教学及其科学研究。历任助教、讲师、副教授等，2000年晋升为教授，年底任博士生导师至今。期间，曾任林学系副系主任，现为园林系系主任。
教育学习经历：
1981-1985年就读于华中农业大学园林系，获学士学位。
1985-1988年华中农业大学园林植物专业硕士研究生学习，获硕士学位，导师：鲁涤非教授、陈志远教授。
1995.7-1998.9：北京林业大学园林学院园林植物专业博士研究生学习，获博士学位，导师：陈俊愉教授。
2003.10-2004.7：于意大利莫德纳及雷焦厄米利亚大学、意大利花卉研究所作为访问学者研修。
2012.11-2013.5：美国University of Georgia高级研究学者半年。
教学情况:
讲授课程
讲授的主要课程：本科生课程包括：《园林树木学》、《树木学》、《植物与园林》等课程，研究生课程有：《园林植物种质资源学》、《园林植物应用与技术》、《花卉品种分类学》、《园林植物与观赏园艺进展》等课程。已培养毕业硕士研究生40余名，博士研究生11名。

(2) 园林植物遗传育种学（普通高等教育十一五国家级规划教材），中国林业出版社，2010，副主编。

科研情况:
主要研究方向：
观赏植物种质资源及其利用：挖掘我国观赏植物资源，探索其开发利用途径，克隆与观赏性状相关的基因并研究其调控机理，创新观赏植物种质资源。研究材料涉及蜡梅、荷叶铁线蕨、荷花、百合等我国传统的观赏植物。
城市植物多样性：调查研究植物多样性，探索城市中园林中植物的应用及其植物多样性保护，植被恢复等。
