1983年7月华东化工学院机械系本科毕业。1983年8月至1987年8月在安徽省化工机械厂工作,从事压力容器设计工作。1987年9月至1990年4月为北京化工大学硕士研究生,毕业并取得工学硕士学位后随及考入南京化工大学,为中美联合培 2013-2017年教育部高等学校机械类专业教学指导委员会委员, 中国机械工程学会高级会员,中国机械工程学会压力容器分会常务理事, 中国机械工程学会压力容器分会换热器委员会、膨胀节委员会和设计委员会委员, 中国化工学会化工机械专业委员会委员,中国特种设备安全与节能促进会会员。《北京化工大学学报》、《化工机械》、《Journal of Pressure Equipment and Systems》、《化工设备与管道》杂志编委。取得国家级精品课程一门(2004,主讲教师)“过程装备与控制工程专业整体教学改革”2004年获北京市教育教学成果一等奖(排名第1);2005获国家级教学成果二等奖(排名第1);“过程装备与控制工程专业工程应用型创新人才培养的研究与实践”2008年获北京市教育教学成果二等奖(排名第1);“以强化工程教育为核心改革过程装备与控制工程专业工程专业教学体系”2013年获北京市教育教学成果一等奖(排名第1);“钝化膜应力导致应力腐蚀的机理”获教育部科技进步二等奖一项(2004,排名第7)。 国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)专家,科技型中小企业技术创新基金评审专家,北京市人事考试中心、北京市专业技术资格评审中心职称评审专家。 主要研究领域:化工过程机械,有限元分析及计算机辅助工程,疲劳与断裂,化工装置安全保障系统研究。近几年承担的科研项目包括一项国家自然科学基金项目“纳米裂纹形核的力学模拟和实验研究”(负责人),一项北京市自然科学基金项目“液压胀管可靠性研究和胀接接头的结构优化”(负责人),三项教育部教改项目“过程装备与控制工程专业人才的培养方案研究与实践”、“过程装备与控制工程专业规范”、“过程装备与控制工程专业结构调整和专业认证”(均为负责人),一项北京市教改项目“过程装备与控制工程专业的整体教学改革”(负责人);中国石油化工股份有限公司项目“新型高效换热器研制及应用”(负责人);国家科技支撑计划子课题“石油石化行业与航空行业业务流程梳理”(负责人)。 现已发表论文200余篇,其中80余篇被SCI或/和EI收录,已获授权发明专利3项,实用新型专利10余项。已发表的论文包括: (1) 徐鸿,陈树宁,钱才富,高径法兰接头的模拟和实验研究,石油化工机械,20 (1991) 20-24.
