吴立玲，女，病理生理学教授，博士生导师。生于1954年8月，1977年1月毕业于南京铁道医学院医疗系，1981年毕业于北京医学院，获硕士学位，曾3次赴美国St. Louis大学医学院工作和学习。现任生理学与病理生理学系副主任，兼任中国病理生理学会理事长，中国病理生理杂志副主编等。

自1981年起承担本科生病理生理学和研究生心血管病理生理学的教学工作，1993年和2003年获北京大学医学部教学优秀奖；2003年获北京大学医学部继续教育先进奖，2009年获北京大学教学优秀奖, 2011年被评为北京市教学名师，2012年被评为北京市师德先进个人。主编研究生、本科生、大专生用病理生理学教材和教学参考书9本、参编8本。主编的供长学制医学生和医学专科生使用的2本《病理生理学》教材分别被列为教育部普通高等教育"十五"和"十五"国家级规划教材，有3本《病理生理学》教材分获2004年、2006年和2011年北京市精品教材。主持的病理生理学课程2004年被评为北京市精品课程和国家级精品课程。

主要科研方向为心血管疾病发病机制的研究，先后主持8项国家自然科学基金项目，3项教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目，参加国家自然科学基金重点项目和“973”项目的研究。在国内外杂志发表科研论文90余篇，曾获得过省部级科技进步奖4项。目前主要从事脂肪因子与心血管疾病的研究，并与口腔医院合作从事正常和移植颌下腺分泌调控的研究。
