教师简介

沈弢,男,博士,北京大学基础医学院病原生物学系副教授。1994年获医学检验专业学士学位(蚌埠医学院),2002年获病原生物学专业硕士学位(卫生部武汉生物制品研究所),2005年获医学免疫学专业博士学位(中国疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病预防控制中心)。2006年5月-2009年1月先后在美国克利夫兰临床基金会医院勒内研究所(Lerner Research Institute, The Cleveland Clinic Foundation)和凯斯西储大学医学院(Medicine School of Case Western Reverse University)从事博士后研究。2009年回国后在北京大学基础医学院病原生物学系从事医学微生物学的教学科研工作。承担长学制学生、本科生和专科生的《医学微生物学》课程的教学工作。2009-2010年度被评为北京大学医学部优秀教师。2009-2012基础医学院创新人才培养项目指导教师。目前作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(81271826)、北京市自然科学基金面上项目(7122108)和教育部高等学校博士学科点新教师科研基金(20100001120047)各一项;作为子课题负责人承担艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治科技重大专项“十二五”课题(2012ZX10002005-004)和科技部“十二五”863课题(2012AA022605)各一项;作为研究骨干参与多项国家级、省部级课题。
专业期刊《Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology》、《Archives of Virology》、《Immunological Investigations》、《中国病毒病杂志》、《中华微生物学和免疫学杂志》的同行审稿人。主要研究方向为肝炎病毒的分子生物学和细胞免疫学研究。已发表研究论著30余篇。
