教育背景及研究经历

1997年7月和2002年7月分别获北京大学生命科学学院生物化学与分子生物学学士和博士学位。2003年4月至2006年5月在美国宾夕法尼亚大学医学院做博士后研究，2006年6月被引进回北京大学医学部生理与病理生理学系任副教授。2008年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划，2009年获北京大学医学部优秀青年学者奖，2011年获张锡均优秀论文2等奖，2012年获北京大学绿叶生物医药杰出青年学者奖。近年来主持JDRF项目、国家基金委面上项目（3项）、教育部及北京市项目7项、参与国家基金委重大项目、973项目及国家重大新药计划项目5项。翻译著作及编写教材三部。目前已在Hepatology、Diabetes、ATVB、JBC、BBA及Nutr Rev等国际著名期刊上发表研究论文30篇，总影响因子超过160，其中第一及责任作者论文18篇，总影响因子已超过90。在国内核心期刊上发表论文20篇。论文引用H指数为15.

主要研究胰岛β细胞功能障碍及肝脏糖脂代谢异常在2型糖尿病及其并发症发生发展过程中的作用。
