教师简介

宋存江 工学博士、微生物学系教授、博士生导师、中共党员。中国微生物学会理事、中国微生物学会工业微生物专业委员会委员、中国微生物学会资源微生物专业委员会委员、中国微生物学会环境微生物专业委员会委员、中国塑协生物降解塑料专业委员会理事、全国生物基材料及降解制品标准化委员会委员天津市微生物学会理事、秘书长。
    1983年7月西北大学生物学系微生物学专业获理学学士;2002年3月日本富山大学(University of Toyama) 生命和环境科学专业获工学博士学位。2002年5月在南开组建环境微生物与微生物催化合成研究室。先后承担国家973子课题、863项目、科技部平台、国家自然科学基金、天津支撑重点、天津自然科学基金和多项横向科研项目。发表论文50余篇。10项发明专利获得授权。
    研究方向:研究以微生物作为催化主体的高分子聚合物的微生物合成、降解和转化机理;采用分子微生物学技术构建高产或强降解基因工程菌株;采用合成生物学技术构建优势小基因组菌株等。开展天然/人工生态体系微生物多样性分析,未培养微生物以及复杂微生物体系功能实施的群体效应机制等。
    教学方面:本科生:十一五国家级精品课“微生物发酵工程”;硕士生:“微生物分子生态学”;博士生:“分子分类和微生物进化”。
