刘恩辉,男,博士,教授,博士生指导教师。1986年湘潭大学环境工程专业本科毕业;1992年北京化工学院应用化学专业获得硕士学位毕业;2004年中南大学冶金科学与工程学院冶金物理化学专业获博士学位。
《大学化学基础》国家级精品课程主持人;主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,主持湖南省自然科学基金项目2项(1项为重点项目),指导教育部大学生研究性学习和创新性实验计划项目2项,主持湘潭大学教改项目1项;国家及湖南省自然科学基金通讯评议专家,湖南省科技奖励会评专家;“具有光电磁功能的金属及氧化物/聚合物材料与器件研究”获得2012年度湖南省自然科学二等奖(第2完成人)。
主讲《大学化学基础》、《无机化学》、《普通化学》、《精细有机合成》、《膜分离技术及应用》、《电极材料》、《无机化学实验》、《综合化学实验》等本科生课程,主讲《理论电化学》、《新能源材料》等研究生课程。
