教师简介

         1997毕业于首都师范大学生物系,自1999年到2002年期间,就读于河北农业大学植物病理专业从事植物病害的生物防治的研究工作。2002年就读于南开大学微生物系,攻读博士学位,2005年留校任教主要从事微生物学的教学和科研工作。

        2008年1月-2009年l2月赴美国农业部和威斯康辛大学共建的森林产品实验室(USDA,Forest Product Lab)的微生物和生物技术研究所做博士后工作,从事白腐菌及褐腐菌降解木质纤维素机制的研究,该项目是美国农业部和能源部合作支持的重大项目,目的开发出新型的接触和利用纤维素的途径,为生物质能源的产生提供新的途径。在本项目中主要负责试验的设计安排,微生物分子生物学方面的研究工作,其中包括漆酶基因的克隆表达,漆酶蛋白质的分离纯化和酶学性质研究,漆酶基因在各种条件下的表达分析,农杆菌转化体系的构建和突变子的筛选鉴定等工作。近期发表的相关论文如下:
