王转德, 男, 1977年9月出生,博士, 副教授, 电子科技大学数学科学学院教师;
1995.9-1999.7 于西北师范大学数学系获理学学士学位，期间专业和总评成绩连续四年全级第一、连续三年荣获一等专业奖学金并因此荣获西北师范大学优秀学生标兵称号，荣获中国友好和平发展松下电器育英基金奖学金、建设银行爱心基金奖学金，并于1999年7月被保送到云南大学攻读硕士学位;
1999.9-2002.6 于云南大学数学系攻读理学硕士学位，期间被评为云南大学三好学生、荣获伍达观奖学金;
2002.7---- 电子科技大学应用数学学院工作，2003年9月攻读电子科技大学博士并获博士学位.
教学、科研及人才培养工作：
教学：
1、从事本、专科《线性代数》、《数学实验》、《微积分》、《高等数学》、《复变函数》及研究生《矩阵理论》及《计算数学选讲》和《特殊矩阵分析与应用》等课程的教学，学生评教成绩优秀、教学效果得到学生肯定.
2、参与教改项目: “985工程” 优秀教学团队支持计划——《矩阵理论》课程教学团队建设，参与编写的《特殊矩阵分析及应用》、《线性代数与空间解析几何学习指导教程》、《矩阵理论学习指导》、《高等工程数学复习指南》等研究生教材及本科辅导教材已出版.
3、2006年度电子科大“三育人”先进个人奖，2009---2010 电子科大青年教师教学优秀奖，2004---2011 电子科大数学科学学院教学质量优秀奖，2006---2011 电子科大研究生教学质量优秀奖，2012年度电子科技大学第七届教学成果奖二等奖(2项)，2004年度与2005年度连续两年年终考核优秀.
科研：
1、承担或参与的科研项目： 国家自然科学基金项目(青年基金):差分方程组的并行预处理算法及其应用研究(11101071), 国家自然科学基金项目(面上):径向基无网格方法的一些关键问题及电磁应用(11171054).
2、从事特殊矩阵、矩阵计算与数值优化、大型线性方程组预处理技术的研究，已在国外SCI刊物(如Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, Applied Mathematics Letters)发表或待刊19篇(其中SCI三篇， EI三篇). 已发表的部分文章如下:
