王卓 1975年生，博士后，副教授。2003年3月毕业于吉林大学机电工程专业获得博士学位；2005年2月于铁道部科学研究院交通信息工程与控制专业博士后出站；2005年2月~今在北京交通大学交通运输学院任教。相关成果发表在《Proc. IMechE, Part F: J. Rail and Rapid Transit》，《Applied Artificial Intelligence》，《 Heavy Vehicle Systems-International Journal of Vehicle Design》，《铁道学报》，《中国铁道科学》等国内外重要期刊杂志上发表文章20余篇，其中多篇被SCI、EI收录。
