多年来承担不同对象的本科和研究生课程教学，包括《微生物学基础》、《微生物学基础实验》、《普通微生物学》、《普通微生物学实验》、《微生物教学实习》和《微生物遗传育种实验》6门本科课程。《高级微生物学》、《固氮生物学》、《近代生物学研究技术》3门研究生课程。2011年度获得校教学质量优秀一等奖。
