武汉大学法学院、国际法研究所讲师、师资博士后；曼彻斯特大学法学博士；武汉大学国际法硕士。曾在德国马克斯普朗克国际私法与比较私法研究所、瑞士日内瓦大学、罗马国际统一私法协会从事访问研究。多次参加国际统一私法协会组织的国际会议。
