Capt. Wu Wen is an experienced Deck officer and master of merchant ships.  He served on various types of vessels, including cruise lines, container ship, bulk carrier and general cargo vessels.  Capt. Wu Wen served in Singapore WMI and STEI as an associate trainer. After that he joined Singapore (Nantong) International Maritime Institute as Training Manager responsible for the design, development and conduct of various maritime education and training programmes for officers and ratings.   He is the chief trainer to deliver simulator- based courses for deck officers at Management and Operation Level in accordance with IMO Model Courses and shipping industry requirements.
