梁燕玲，（1971.9-）女，1971年生，博士研究生，教授，日本广岛大学客员研究员、美国纽约州立大学访问学者。陕西省教育基本理论研究会副理事长。陕西师范大学硕士生导师，西安欧亚学院专家委员会委员，渭南师范学院学科带头人。2007年任渭南师范学院教育科学系副主任，2011年任教育科学学院副院长、常务副院长，2013年任教育与公共管理学院院长。近年来出版了《美国高等教育的历程》、《中国民办高校发展的文化研究》等著作，在《高等教育研究》、《大学论集》（日本）等重要学术期刊上发表中英文论文30余篇。主持了多项国家级、省部级课题研究工作。获得中国第十二届引进版优秀图书奖、中国大学出版社协会优秀教材二等奖、陕西省第十一次哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。
