教师简介

   河北定州人,生于1969年3月。1992年6月毕业于吉林大学化学系,并于1995和1999年分别获得学士、硕士和博士学位,1995年在吉林大学留校任教,1997年任讲师。2005年6月,被天津大学聘为教授、博士生导师。2001-2005年间,分别在美国的北伊利诺宜大学、南卫理公会大学、佛罗里达大学从事访问学者和博士后研究工作。期间,在碳硼烷金属配合物研究领域发表SCI收录论文20余篇。所合成的新颖结构的稀土碳硼烷配合物曾被有机化学、欧洲无机化学等杂志选为封面。回国后,主要从事烯烃复分解催化剂合成与表征、碳氢键、碳碳键活化反应等方面的研究工作。目前,已承担两项国家自然科学面上基金,发表相关研究论文20余篇,受到国内同行的关注。2010年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才。

    在本科教学方面,自2005起,一直承担天津大学本科生的“无机化学与分析”教学工作。作为无机化学主讲之一,至2013年已为本科生讲授8轮无机化学与分析大课。参与修订《无机化学》(第四版),作为副主编编写《无机化学简明教程》,均为高等教育出版社的畅销教材。在教学工作中,能够做到认真备课,认真批改作业。能充分调动学生的学习积极性,激发学生的学习情绪,合理运用教学手段,以学生为主体,教师作主导,以探究的方式创设教学情境,开拓学生思维,发挥学生的想象力。努力钻研教材,总结经验,不断充实自己的教学水平。
