杨克敌，男，1953年2月出生，医学博士，教授，博士生导师。1978年毕业于武汉医学院卫生系，1981年在该校获硕士学位留校任教，1991年在德国Mainz大学获医学博士学位。曾于1989～1991年和1995～1996年和2006年8～11月三次留学德国。1993年获国家政府特殊津贴，1995年获“湖北省有突出贡献的中青年专家”荣誉称号，2000年获吴阶平-杨森医学研究奖，2005年获湖北省人民政府教学研究成果一等奖，2009年获湖北省人民政府教学研究成果一等奖和宝钢教育优秀教师奖。兼任第一届国家环境与健康专家咨询委员会委员、中华预防医学会公共卫生教育分会副主任委员、中华预防医学会武汉分会副会长、湖北省预防医学会环境卫生专业委员会荣誉主任委员等。自1982年以来，一直从事环境毒理学的教学和科研工作，作为课题负责人已系统完成了多项国家自然科学基金资助项目、“九五”国家科技攻关计划、国家“973”项目课题等科研工作。承担《复合固体推进剂新原材料的毒理学研究》获湖北省科技进步三等奖。先后发表中英学术论文80余篇，主编全国预防医学专业统编教材《环境卫生学》（第5、6、7版）（2007、2012人民卫生出版社）及其配套教材《环境优生学》（2007，人民卫生出版社）以及教育部面向21世纪课程教材《微量元素与健康》（2003，科学出版社）等10本。与陈学敏教授共同主编环境卫生学大型参考书《现代环境卫生学》（第2版）（2008，人民卫生出版社）。现为国家级精品课程《环境卫生学》课程负责人和国家级特色专业、国家级实验教学示范中心负责人。
