教师简介

学习经历:
1996—2000,华中农业大学动物科技-动物医学院,畜牧专业农学学士学位;
2002—2005,华中农业大学动物科技-动物医学院,动物遗传育种与繁殖专业,攻读硕士学位;
2005—2007,华中农业大学动物科技-动物医学院,动物遗传育种与繁殖专业,提前攻读博士学位。2007年6月博士毕业,获博士学位。
 

工作经历:
2000-2002 广东温氏集团原种猪场工作,负责核心群种猪育种工作。主要是对纯种杜洛克、大白、长白种猪进行饲养、选配、繁殖,并负责对后备种猪进行性能测定,外型评分等育种工作。
2003年参与我室“鄂青一号”杂优猪的饲养、数据测量、收集等相关工作。
2007.9-2010.12华中农业大学动物科技学院动物遗传育种系,讲师;
2011.12-至今 华中农业大学动物科技学院动物遗传育种系,副教授,硕士生导师
 

教学工作:
   主要讲授本科生《动物分子生物学》、《动物遗传学》、《动物分子生物学实验》、《动物遗传学实验》以及《家畜育种学实习》。参与《家畜育种学》优质课程建设等教学研究项目。
 

科研工作:
  现主持国家自然科学基金一项《miR-195、miR-497对猪骨骼肌成肌信号通路(IGF-1/PI3K/AKT)的调节作用研究》、教育部新教师基金一项《猪S100A8、S100A9基因转录调控机制及与TLR3的互作关系研究》,参与了国家“973”计划、“863”计划、国家动物转基因重大专项、国家基金重点等项目。主要研究方向:(一)猪骨骼肌发育分子机理;(二)动物先天免疫分子机理。先后在《PLos one》、《Animal genetics》、《Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology》等杂志发表论文20余篇。申请国家发明专利2项。
