朱霞石，1960.8月出生，博士，教授、博士生导师
1982.2毕业于扬州师范学院并留校任教；两赴德国访问学者。自工作以来，她主要从事分析化学教学和研究工作。曾获扬州大学优秀教学奖。现主持国家自然科学基金2项。共发表研究论文90余篇，其中数篇被SCI收录。先后荣获扬州师范学院、扬州大学和江苏省优秀青年骨干教师、扬州大学“八五”科技先进个人、扬州大学优秀教师、扬州大学创先争优先进个人等荣誉称号；多次获市、校优秀科研奖，并获江苏省教委、省卫生厅科技进步奖及江苏省科技进步奖各1次。
本人主要研究内容。
（1）有序分子组合体在环境友好分离技术方面的应用
将有序分子组合体应用于分离/光谱分析，开展了双水相萃取分离和浊点萃取分离; 国内首次将表面活性剂的浊点萃取技术与电热原子吸收光谱联用用于环境中重金属元素的形态分析研究。开拓了简单有效的元素形态分离/富集新技术。
（2）有序分子组合体及超分子化合物对光谱分析增敏作用研究
国内外首次将表面活性剂体系中的微乳液用于光谱分析的增敏作用和重金属元素分离的研究。微乳液对光谱分析（紫外、荧光、原子发射光谱）具有更好的增敏作用，对微乳液的增敏作用机理进行了一系列探讨。初步探讨了超分子化合物b-环糊精主客包合作用对光谱行为的影响，并利用其包合作用进行分离分析。
