1981年出生，汉族。2003年毕业于东北师范大学化学系，获学士学位；2008年6月获南京大学化学生物学博士学位；2008年7月至2010年3月在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校进行博士后研究；2010年9月起任南京大学化学化工学院副教授。主攻肿瘤标志物免疫检测与肿瘤早期筛查，进行便携式、微型化生物传感器的研制，发展简单、快速、超灵敏免疫分析方法。曾获2008年度中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖（排名第三），2008年度江苏省科技进步奖二等奖（排名第四），2009年度江苏省优秀博士论文奖。迄今已发表SCI论文20余篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上研究项目、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金新教师项目各一项，。

Wu Jie was born in 1981. She received her B. S. at Northeast Normal University in 2003, and PhD degree of Chemical Biology at Nanjing University in 2008. She worked as a post-doctoral fellow in Department of Nanoengineering, University of California, San Diego (US), from July 2008 to March 2010. She joined Chemistry Department, Nanjing University as an associated professor in September 2010. Her research interests concern the development of novel detection methods for immunoassay, and disposable immunosensors for clinical diagnosis. She has published more than 20 SCI papers and preside over 3 foundations.
