宋海军，男，1983年2月生，中国地质大学（武汉）地球科学学院地球生物系助教。2007年6月和2012年6月在中国地质大学（武汉）分别获学士和博士学位，2012年7月至今留校从事古生物学和地层学的教学和科研工作。2008年2月-5月年与2010年4月-5月年分别赴澳大利亚西澳大学和英国利兹大学交流访问。共发表论文20篇，其中SCI收录论文15篇，包括以第一作者身份在Nature Geoscience, Geology, EPSL等发表多篇高档次论文。
