研究方向:

●结合遗传学和生物信息学相结合的方法,定位克隆野生稻中的耐低温、耐干旱和耐盐等抗逆相关基因并研究其生物学功能

●江西东乡普通野生稻孕穗开花期耐冷相关基因的克隆(国家自然科学基金面上项目,32万元,2010-2012,主持)

●作物应答盐碱胁迫的分子调控机理(973计划,80万元,2012-2016,参加)

●东乡野生稻有利基因的挖掘和育种利用(江西省科技计划项目,30万元,2012-2015,参加)
