季玉民（1961.9-），男，硕士研究生，国家一级美术师，现任莫斯科艺术学院分党委书记，中国美术家协会会员,陕西省大秦岭文化艺术研究中心主任，西安美术学院特聘教授，陕西省山水画协会理事，渭南市美术家协会副主席，《渭南师范学院》学报副主编。先后出版专著5部，主编教材6部，发表核心论文十余篇，作品多次参加国家级展览并获奖。作品先后被美国、韩国、日本、俄罗斯、新加坡、台湾、香港等国家及地区收藏。
