梁卫民，（1974.2-），男，硕士研究生，副教授，现任莫斯科艺术学院美术系主任，主要从事美术教育与研究工作。多年来国画作品曾多次获得省级、市级奖项；花鸟作品曾获得陕西省教育厅、省教工系统迎建国60周年、建党90周年书画大赛三等奖，艺术研究论文获得陕西省大学生艺术节教育科研论文二等奖。主持省级科研项目4项，美术研究论文发表于国家级刊物与重点期。
