殷晓克(1980.6-)，男，硕士研究生，副教授，现任莫斯科艺术学院副院长、公共艺术教育中心副主任，陕西省大秦岭艺术研究中心副主任，陕西省美术家协会会员，中国设计师协会会员，任现职以来，先后被评为“优秀党员”、“优秀教师”、“毕业论文优秀指导教师”、“教学能手”，发表学术论文13篇，核心8篇，出版专著1部，主编教材2部，主持省级科研项目1项，主持校级科研项目4项，参与国家、省级科研项目6项。
