1972年出生，重庆长寿人，华南师范大学动物学硕士，副教授。深圳职业技术学院应用化学与生物技术学院食品营养与检测专业教师，从事食品安全检测、食品安全教育评价研究工作，发表论文10余篇。

Born in Chongqing municipcity  in 1912, graduated from South China Normal University with Biology Master degree, now as an associate professor working in food nutrition and inspection speciality, Shen is researching on the food safety inspection and food safety education evaluation.
