男，教授，博士生导师，城市管理系系主任。分别于1996、2000、2003年在华中科技大学获得工学学士、工学硕士、管理学博士等学位，并于2003-2005年在华中科技大学机械工程流动站从事博士后研究工作。2005年9月到公共管理学院工作。2013年1月至2014年1月作为国家公派访问学者在美国锡拉丘兹大学马克斯维尔公民与公共事务学院（Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs）学习。

 

先后在国内外重要期刊上和国际学术会议上发表学术论文40余篇，其中SSCI收录2篇、EI收录6篇、ISHP收录1篇，作为项目负责人主持科学基金资助项目15项，企事业单位委托研究项目5项，获得国际性学术奖励1项、省部级奖励2项。2011年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”，2012年入选“湖北省社科界优秀青年学者”。主要研究方向为智慧城市、社交网络、跨国投资与政府利用外资政策研究、政府管理与创新等。
